The installation was a difficult one that took the entire day because our original ac unit was very old and it was not easy to remove. The installation crew did an excellent job and went above and beyond the standard installation. They went the extra step to wrap, tape, and tidy up the insulation on the HVAC ducts, which was not part of the contract. The foreman showed up towards the end of the installation to do a quality and control check, show me how to use the new system, and answer any questions that I had. He even went the extra step by providing and installing a second WIFI thermostat at no charge!
