"My boyfriend and I hired Natali after meeting with 4 other contractors. She offered us the best price and she was the most professional and knowledgeable. SoCal builders installed hardwood floors throughout, fully remodeled 3 baths and a full paint job. We then decided to retile the kitchen. Everything looks fantastic, we will use them again no doubt for future projects. Natali was very flexible and accommodating and her crew is very nice as well."

"Evolution contracting built our patio cover from the ground up, including the roofing material and shingles. They did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again for my own work."

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. "Ben did some remodeling for our house in 2017. He was clear about the necessary steps and was dependable. He showed up when he said he would, and the work was finished on time and on budget which is very rare for contractors. He also provided thoughtful solutions to an outdoor drainage issue we had in our older home. A couple of years later we also hired him to do flooring at my relative's house, and he again completed the work on time and on budget with his team. We have always loved working with him and would gladly use him as our contractor on future jobs."

"This is my first time working with a contractor and didn’t know what to expect. Overall, I am happy with the work and the team became more like family. I wasn’t happy all the time, and it took longer than expected, but when I expressed it, Gino was quick to make the changes happen even being hands on some of the time. I don’t know what else are out there, since they are my first and only remodel team, but I’m thankful I choose this company to remodel my entire - now beautiful - home."

"Mickey was the general contractor for my single family home in Ladera Heights, LA. From beginning to end, he was a true professional and stayed on top of scheduling crews, managing inspections, and ensuring quality throughout. He managed the project during the pandemic and through supply chain and city approval delays. He has the patience of a saint and is also a kind human to boot - always fair in his estimates and would never add additional scope, money, and/or time unless it was absolutely necessary. His pricing was also fair. I am grateful to have found a GC like Mickey and will be using him for future projects."

"Hymie did a great job. He was on time and knew what he had to do. His pricing was fair. He was very personable and efficient. I highly recommend him. Ron Simi Valley"

"We just finished having our master bath remodeled by Golan. The workmanship is excellent.  We found them through Home Advisor, along with 3 other contractors. We interview with them all, got written quotes from 3, and chose Golan. The job was permitted and inspected. Jenny was our point person from Golan. She was very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I were responsible for procuring all the 'finish' items. Tile, fixtures including the shower valve, vanities, paint. All the rough in parts were provided by Golan.  From demolition to final inspection was just under 2 weeks. Aside from 6 people sharing one bathroom it wasn't too bad. If you are looking for a contractor for your remodel project give Golan a call."

"Great team, very professional and on time and budget. In addition they took extra steps to help with fencing. I appreciate their work and definitely will hire them again"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"
