It was very fast service. He showed me how to change the filter which I had never done. It's hard to get to. He was very pleasant and the company very resonable.

I had this company perform an A/C checkup and the tech was at my place for no more than 30 mins (prob way less) and stated that everything was ok. I even specifically asked about refrigerant and was told it was fine. Fast forward a little over two months and my A/C unit isn't working as well as expected. Come to find out it needs Freon/recharge. This could be an unfortunate coincidence or it could be that they don't know what they're doing. Regardless, I won't use them again.

Great service, this was my second time using this company they installed the A/C system that was removed. The three installers Ernie, David,and Yonathan were respectful and professional. I'm very satisfied with this company's work.

It went very well. The technician, Oleg, was on time, fully masked and following safety protocols. He quickly diagnosed problem, replaced the part not working, and cleaned out dryer vents of accumulated lint. The price was fair and dryer now working fine. I use Around the Clock for my AC/Heater annual service and now will be using them for any appliance repairs needed.

Arrived on time and fixed the problem. A bit more expensive than I would have liked but checking around probably not much more than elsewhere and our air conditioner was fixed same day in the middle of a heat wave.

They do a great job and have been very reliable. I have been using them for years and I would recommend them as well.

Very good service

The technician was good. He was punctual and performed the filter replacements adequately. He also found a problem with the heater’s blower motor that would require replacement. Fortunately the unit was still under warranty so he asked me to send the office a copy of my registered warranty to begin the replacement part ordering process. This is where the experience turned into a nightmare. I never got any calls back and when I did they said they would order it. Fast forward a month later and no response so I called again to follow-up and they said that Lennox didn’t have the part. They suggested I call Lennox directly who simply referred me back to them. I would think a company that bills itself as a premier Lennox dealer would have no problems obtaining parts, a fairly common and expected part of doing business but apparently anything beyond simple maintenance parts and services might be outside their scope of capabilities. Poor back office people really ruins it for this company.

The obligatory service call despite knowing exactly what was wrong with my fridge. Had to call back multiple times despite being told they would call me. They finally got back to me with the quote for the part and repair. Then he came and replaced the part but the fridge still isn't working and no one will return my call about it but money was paid out.

This company is the best! They installed a new HVAC system a little over a year ago and it was a terrific experience. They had a great price, were prompt, clean, polite and the system works perfectly. They came for a routine service and replaced a filter. Prompt, polite, and no pressure to upsell. Just very honest, fair price and great in every way.

We surprised as to how professional and competent this company was. Can't say enough good things about them.

In the middle of one of our heat spells, our A/C went out at 5:30 p.m. I called a number of companies and none answered the phone after 5:00 p.m......until I found Around the Clock. Within an hour a half that evening an extremely talented repairman named OLEG was at my home. He showed me step by step what was broken and what it took to repair. A new capacitor was needed and he had one on the truck. All was fixed within 20 minutes at a very fair price. Not only will we use Around the Clock next time we need an A/C repair, we will insist that OLEG come out for the job. He is knowledgeable, polite, professional and neat. Thank you for a perfect repair job.

ONLY one willing/able to show up on a Saturday and 1 days notice prompt- efficient- went very well EXCEPT cost $300 They said $185 for service call but that $185 to be applied to cost if service done. Then charged an additional $80 for part to be installed and then $35 to top off Freon. We felt $265 was very very high for capacitor (185+80)

Wonderful. They were thorough, competent, nice people who installed the unit on the roof. I've had no problems. Maintenance person comes each season to check on everything, clean what needs to be cleaned, etc. I'm delighted with them. (Yes, I've had other systems and other companies. grrr). So I know about comparisons. Around the Clock is trustworthy and competent. I'm delighted to review them and even more delighted to have them as part of my home support system. My house is warm when I need that. It's cool and comfortable when I need that.

It went well. But too much attention was paid to the cost.

WARNING! The people that work at this company are extremely rude. (1) the technician didn't want to crawl under the house to investigate the full extent of the problem...I still don't know if he fixed everything that needed to be fixed because he didn't look at all the equipment. (2) I was driving in an area that had no cell phone service for around 5 minutes and the lady that schedules the appointments berated me because she said she had to call me back 3 times...and if that happened to the technician he wouldn't come to the job. (3) they had to schedule a return appointment 2 days later because they didn't have enough coolant and right equipment in his pick up truck....most companies drive a big service van with all the stuff they need to perform the job. (4) the guy only took 45 minutes to complete the fix and they charged me $700.....I feel like I was totally overcharged by an abusive rude company. I would never higher them again....I am not sure how they have so many good reviews.

I'm always impressed with Round The Clock. They are prompt and professional. My technician was Leon who has been to my house before. He's always friendly and explains everything in great detail. I always feel well taken care by Around The Clock. They fixed my problem and I have cool air again.
