After expalining the job i needed done, he was able to come over later that day. Sunday morning he showed up removed a useless window and installed a new swamp cooler. "They came quickly & receptionist Charlene was professional. Service tech (I believe his name was Dan or David), came & serviced both central AC units. There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."
