    Britt did all diagnostics and leak checks in a diligent professional manner. The AC Unit required a couple of pounds of R410a refrigerant to be added. And no condenser or evaporator units leaks found. He also checked a second Heat Pump/AC unit and found no problems. Bottom line. Britt took the time to be thorough and answered all need-to-know owner questions about operation and maintenance. He also came equipped with a good set of diagnostic tools to add confidence in the assessment and repair. It was a great experience to be both educated and and to have the cooling problem solved for peace of mind

    Moore services my HVAC every six months. The crew that came out for my recent call, have been to my house before. Nice to see familiar faces. My main sewage drain clogged in front of my house at 4:50 pm. I called Moore and you’re team came out in 30 minutes. The crew had it unclogged at 5:40 pm. I couldn’t believe it. I was considering taking my family to a hotel. With that clog, staying in the house was not possible. You guys are awesome!!

    We highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with.     The original installer would only schedule an appt. for the morning after I called, whereas AAA Furnace sent a technician who was nearby immediately to provide an assessment and Jeremy Glass not only assessed the situation but ordered a water heater which would work with the new SJ regulations and scheduled an appt. for the very same afternoon. He also shut of the valve at the top of the heater to ensure that water will not keep flowing in and further flooding the garage.     The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated

    Duke did a great job at a fair price. We needed AC and decided to replace our old furnace at the same time. In addition Duke wrapped with insulating bubble wrap our old ducts that were exposed. He tied the drip line into our existing downspout in a neat fashion. I'd highly recommend him (he's a fellow submarine vet too!!).

    Valley Heating was courteous and professional at all times. They kept their promises and met their installation date. Because they were backlogged with heater repairs, they loaned us without charge an electric space heater for the interim. I wasn't satisfied with the exposed fiberglass batting applied to the base of the furnace. The crew told me that it was not routine to wrap the fiberglass. But Valley agreed to send a technician to wrap it later at no charge. They did so and now I'm a satisfied customer. My only complaint is that both the furnace and the AC rated at the low end of the efficiency scale, despite costing almost $9,000. Fortunately, the weather in Sunnyvale is mild so paying more for greater efficiency did not make sense
