"I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"

"A few days before contacting "Comfort Energy", my furnace started making a loud rattling noise whenever it was turning on. It sounded like a helicopter. This happened while my husband was traveling on business, who is an expert on taking care of things like this. While I was not sure what to do, I Googled and found out more about the problem.
