I used this company for heat and air conditioner. The work has some problem but since they were very responsive in fixing the problem decided to use them to replace the leaking duckwork. The work has been excellent and the house heats up much more quickly and is much more comfortable.

This company was very impressive when they came out to give an estimate. However, they stopped the job MIDWAY and have since refused to answer all phone calls, letters, etc. In a nutshell, they have left us hanging with an unfinished job and without a functional heating & a/c system.

My air conditioner was leaking so I called around to get it repaired. I was surprised that most companies I called refused to work on it. I called Control Heating and Cooling Systems, and they said no problem, and scheduled an appointment to come out. They did a very thorough job when they repaired the leak in my coolant system. I was very pleased as all the other companies refused to work on it. They did a great job, and it is still working great, and they were very efficient.

They had friendly employees and the company treated us right. They were fast and friendly. They had a company truck and the company men wore uniforms. He cleaned the electronic air filter and he also gave me good advice on maintenance and up keep on my furnace.
