BAY AREA PLUMBING AND HEATING
About us
Our company is primarily a residential service company. We have been in business for over 25 years as a state of California licensed contractor. We provide service and upgrading of HVAC systems, plumbing systems and radiant heat systems. Our specialties are radiant heat, tankless water heaters, mini-split heat pumps, and thermal solar heating. We have on average 5 to 6 full time employees. These team members are required to be trained on the various types of work we perform as well as 40 hrs a year of continuing education and professional development. We perform all facets of the work in house and rarely use outside or sub-contractors. We charge by the job not by the hour. There is a house call fee that is applied towards work. We use a flat rate pricing method that allows the customer to know what all the costs are before work or a project begins. We provide discounts on services for customers that have planned service performed by our company. We provide warranties on all our work and equipment and offer extended warranties. We belong to the following associations: Better Business Bureau, The Eichler network, RPA (radiant panel association), IAMPO (international association of plumbing and mechanical officials), and the PHCC (plumbing heating cooling contractors assoc.)
