Apparently when the furnace was replaced 11 years prior, it was not set up correctly and was off balance creating the leak. It had been placed on bricks rather than mounted or attached to stabilize it.
I chose to have the unit replaced. They also replaced some of the air ducts.
It was not a easy job due to having to remove the old unit and build the new unit in the attic.
They did a good job in a short amount of time considering the adverse conditions.
I highly recommend them.
