"I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"

"On the weekend I called a few AC places recommended by Angie's List and HomeAdvisor, BAZ Service was the ONLY picked up the phone and made a suggestion to meet to repair the AC in an hour. Edmon and his assistance came and refilled the r22 Freon when it was emptied within 30 minutes. I checked the thermostat before, while and after Freon refilling, the temperature has dropped and the AC is cool again! Within an hour and serving on the phone and in person, I would strongly recommend BAZ Service per your AC repair needs.
