This was a complex landscape project as it had a steep uphill slope with a 6 foot retaining wall adjacent to the back of the pool. "This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

"Job went well, Bob is very creative and did all of the work with a limited crew so he was very hands on. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space. Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. He works afternoons into the early evening which takes some getting used to but he definitely gets the job done!"
