I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends.

This company does such an amazing job. James is really passionate about his work. After some construction work in my home my carpets were disgusting. Dawn called to let me know that James would be here within 30 minutes. When James arrived he got right to work. He did such an amazing job, wow, my carpets look brand new. I love the work he does. I figure this investment in cleaning saved me thousands, because I don’t need to replace the Berber carpet anymore. Superior service. Everyone from beginning to end was friendly, courteous, service oriented. They call to remind the night before as well as that morning to tell me Kevin was on his way. Kevin did a fantastic job, a very hard working, professional young man; respectful of the floors and walls regarding the equipment. Kevin removed a large stain of unknown origin. The Specialists contacted us immediately and James and his helper came out the very next day to pick up our rugs. The cost was less than I had paid in the past with other companies and the work was superior. (I didn't realize my rugs could be so soft.) They were cleaned and delivered in 10 days, which is very fast. They also showed us superior padding which we purchased and are thrilled with. I would definitely recommend The Specialists for any cleaning project.

Kevin is great! He is very attentive and does a superb job. I am so thankful that I chose The Specialists, and equally pleased that the company sent Kevin. My very old carpet (hardened by up to four dogs at a time) has its old shine on again. I highly recommend The Specialists, and if you have a choice, ask for Kevin.
