This was a complex landscape project as it had a steep uphill slope with a 6 foot retaining wall adjacent to the back of the pool. Paul’s professionalism was absolutely top-notch and extremely comforting through out the entire process. We can’t speak enough about Paul’s expertise and experience through the process. His insight helped us tremendously in putting together the end result in which we were very happy with. Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "
