Technicians were professional respectful and they cleaned after very well, the work was done effectively all is working great!, Highly recommend this company

show'd up on time

Sewer line inspection that took extra time and effort as he needed to remove an older cap that would not unscrew. Took longer than any inspection I've been apart of but was handled professionally and thoroughly and got the job done.

Project: replace bathroom shower valve cartridge. on time and problem corrected by cartridge replacement.

The plumber moved a ladder to a place where I was physically unable to get to it and I had to call my daughter to get it. He had me sign paper work that I was happy with his work before he took care of the problem. A city worker took less than 15 minutes to find a leak, he took more than 40 minutes. He capped off the pipe and threw the pipe he cut off on the corner of the lawn. I thankfully found it the following day before my lawn was mowed. I paid $450 -a small fortune for a disabled person- for him to find the leak and cap off a pipe.

The plumber was on time and took care of the problem, just as he was hired to do. I'll use them again, if necessary.

I made an appointment through HomeAdvisor and they didn't show up. I called them and they said they didn't get the E-mail. Then they suddenly found it. I re-scheduled for later that day. Again they didn't show up! I called and they sent someone out about an hour later. The worker did a great job at a fair price. My day was pretty much wasted. There seems to be a serious lack of communication and/or experience.

I will most definitely be calling them again, when the need arises.

First appointment ran late and last only a day, when called back for a second appointment again late, cost $ 215.00 with $20.00 off coupon. Third appointment was to arrive at 9AM received a call at 9:30 stating running late and will be there at 11AM. That time comes and goes and when I called back they stated they now have us down for 4PM! Not acceptable and they show up at 1:45 only to state toilet has oversize fill valve and will have to be taken apart and repaired at the shop for another $ 217.50 (did not have the work done this time around)! This was not mentioned at the first or the second appointment and for that price I can buy a new unit. This unit that needed to be fixed is only 6 years old. So problem is not fixed I am out $217.00 and will need to hire a different company, should be refunded by Preferred Plumbing!

I was surprised that he had no parts to install since I explained what I needed done. If I hadn't bought parts to install, the job would not have proceeded. I am still left with repairs to do on my own or with another plumbing company. He was very friendly, but I felt a little unprepared to do the job I needed done. Also, the pricing was rather high for the work to be done. I was very disappointed in the recommendation of this company.

new guy had no idea what he was doing had to send out someone who did know what to do at 7:30 pm to get it done until 10 pm

Preferred plumbing took care of my plumbing problem. Anthony showed up a little later than expected but once he arrived, he was non stop on resolving my problems. He did a great job and because of that, I would definitely consider using their service again.

Plumber Brian very professional, explaining steps to replace sewer line and completing in a timely manner. Will recommend/use this company again. Home Advisor rep gave excellent list of plumbers to choose from.

Got there in a short amount if time after I called. Unfortunately my problem morfed into a major project and we had to go a different direction

Quick and friendly! Roger did a great job!! He was able to give me quotes right on the spot and did the work straight away!! I would recommend them.

Emergency repair - pipe behind refrigerator was leaking. Only took two hours from my first call to completion of repair.

Professional, no nonsense yet friendly young men. Did not try to sell something I didn't need. More work needed. I am using Preferred.
