ROSEVILLE LAWN CARE

We have used this company for 6 years - they used to be known as Rosevile Lawn Care and then switched to Emerald Green and service has gone downhill since. Earlier this year, the technician who always did our lawn care (fertilization, weed prevention, etc.) didn't show up for the regularly scheduled service. The owner came instead and when I asked, I was told "he's no longer with the company" with no other explanation. Subsequent to that, the service has been very spotty. They are supposed to come eery 6 weeks and it is now August and they have not come since May. No letter, no phone call, nothing. I called them last week and told them we would no longer be using their services. For several years they did a good job with the lawn care, however I had them come out about 3 times to fix sprinklers and address coverage issues because the lawn had dead spots, but they never seemed to be able to fix the problem. He told me earlier this year that he would come out and inspect the sprinklers again when the weather warmed up, but he never did and we ended up trying to fix it ourselves. When I called to tell them I would no longer be using their services, I got an answering machine and have since gotten no return call. It's as if they don't exist, or at the very least, they just don't care. I would not recommend this company.
