The team was professional, organized, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They showed great attention to detail, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Our kitchen looks stunning, the new bathroom layout is so much more functional, and the bedrooms feel brand new. We recently had our kitchen and bathroom completely renovated by Geico Builders, and the transformation is beyond what we imagined! After with several other contractors, we decided to go with them and it was the best decision we mage. Mila, our project manager, was fantastic from day one. As first-time remodelers, we had a lot of questions, but Mila guide through every stage with patience and professionalism. The communication was consistent, and any concern we had was handled right away. The team even helped us refine our design ideas and brought them to life with a stunning 3D preview before construction began. Excellent job! We contacted Geico Builders to renovate our Kitchen and two bathrooms - basically complete home remodel. The initial meeting was with Diane our project manager who upon meeting, felt like she was a great fit. She's very personable, straight forward, responsive, and always looked out in our best interest throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about her and Geico. The attention to detail is precise. They gave us the timeline for completing and kept me updated throughout the process. We're very happy with the work they have done and would not hesitate to go through Geico if we ever decide to have another remodel. We just love our new remodel bathrooms and kitchen.

We used Geico Builders for our bathroom remodel. We collected a few quotes, and we felt like the quote for the value was the best. I appreciated the clear scope and payment schedule. We started with a tiny bathroom and had plans to remove a couple of walls to make it larger. Leading up to demo day, our project manager Mila and the team pulled permits and helped us understand which finishes/materials we needed to order. I had a clear idea of our design vision, so I didn't need a lot of assistance there, but I found the 3D rendering helpful to see. Our project took a little over 5 weeks. The foreman David and crew did a great job. I was many specific requests, and I felt like David always did his best to incorporate my requests. We had a few hiccups, as with any project. We ran out of tile, which caused a small delay. The crew also misplaced some of our shower fixtures and we had to reorder them. The team was able to cover the cost of these, which I appreciated. I liked how we had a group to stay on top of updates. There were times when I would have liked more communication regarding the crew's schedule, delays, etc. but overall, I felt like my questions were always answered. Love my new bathroom, thank you.

Inspections were schedule very quickly, and they forwarded us the results & paperwork as soon as they received it. Alex, the designer, was helpful in helping to putt together our design and vendor recommendations. She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When on of the vendors got our order correctly, the Geico Builders team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue. During construction, the foreman, Tony was very well organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Geico Builders on a major home renovation project, adding ADU that me and my partner have been putting off/saving up for years and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been at my home for quite some time, and it was built in Fremont in 1960's so it was long overdue for a serious remodel. Honestly, remodeling is scary and finding the right folks to do such a huge task can be daunting. We needed a lot including a 450 sq. ft. Addition, a complete kitchen renovation, and remodels of our master bathroom for when my partners parents come to visit from out of town. In walk Geico Builders, who not only were kind to our inquiry but also local which is a huge deal for ease of access. From start to finish the project managers Mila and Jean, were exceptional. They were always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that helped shape our vision into a reality, they didn't feel too pushy and were all about collaborating with us, not just taking that tasks on their own and running with it, they were open to our ideas, which made it special. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project and it was clear to me, these guys know their stuff. The new 450 sq. ft. addition has completely transformed our living space, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal, I even had room to add a couple of items my partner didn't initially think would fit, but here we are. I bake a lot, and now the kitchen feels more like my kingdom than anything else. The amount of space I have for my obsessive baking habit is not only beyond my beliefs, but also extremely beautiful and modern space. The master and guest bathrooms have been turned into luxurious spaces not only for myself and my partner, but for visiting family members and friends. Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work.

GEICO did a really terrific job. Everyone very professional. Specifically, project manager, Brian, did a great job from start to finish. He was always available and answered all my questions, and is highly detailed oriented. Would highly recommend GEICO in future.

We are completely satisfied with our backyard, where we wanted to do a complete renovation, making our yard more beautiful and usable, for games with friends, easy access for my dogs and everything else! From the beginning Brian helped us with the choice of materials, locations, colors and many great suggestions. Our Project Manager, Delmar, and Brian did an excellent job updating us and communicating and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a tight deadline for our project because we wanted to finish before 06/01 - he did our entire project quickly and efficiently! I’ve been working with Geico Builders for the past two years. Initially I’ve met Mila who helped us with our basement drainage issue resolved & built with best drainage solution. At the beginning of September this year Geico Builders started backyard renovation which is contains structural retaining wall about 220 lnf, pavers, composite deck Trex, staircase with beautiful fountain. They completed my backyard project in very short period of time comparison to the amount of work was need it done. Excellent crew & communication with in backyard project. Marvelous results on my lovely front yard landscaping! I’ve met Mila on August she was assigned to our requested project from Geico Builders. From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. The Crew is clean and organized every day, pavers which is hardscaping were installed with seamless almost invisible detailing. Besides all of it they are great people to work. Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. Thanks again Geico Builders, we will keep you as our primary family builders.

Geico Builders and Brian did a fantastic job. He helped us in demolishing a front deck and replacing it with concrete, relocating a tree from the backyard to the front area and assisting with other odds and ends around the house like fixing the lock on the front window, fixing the latch on the entry fence, etc. Geico Builders were professional, courteous, efficient and did great work. Highly recommended.
