Excellent job! We contacted Geico Builders to renovate our Kitchen and two bathrooms - basically complete home remodel. The initial meeting was with Diane our project manager who upon meeting, felt like she was a great fit. She's very personable, straight forward, responsive, and always looked out in our best interest throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about her and Geico. The attention to detail is precise. They gave us the timeline for completing and kept me updated throughout the process. We're very happy with the work they have done and would not hesitate to go through Geico if we ever decide to have another remodel. We just love our new remodel bathrooms and kitchen.

We used Geico Builders for our bathroom remodel. We collected a few quotes, and we felt like the quote for the value was the best. I appreciated the clear scope and payment schedule. We started with a tiny bathroom and had plans to remove a couple of walls to make it larger. Leading up to demo day, our project manager Mila and the team pulled permits and helped us understand which finishes/materials we needed to order. I had a clear idea of our design vision, so I didn't need a lot of assistance there, but I found the 3D rendering helpful to see. Our project took a little over 5 weeks. The foreman David and crew did a great job. I was many specific requests, and I felt like David always did his best to incorporate my requests. We had a few hiccups, as with any project. We ran out of tile, which caused a small delay. The crew also misplaced some of our shower fixtures and we had to reorder them. The team was able to cover the cost of these, which I appreciated. I liked how we had a group to stay on top of updates. There were times when I would have liked more communication regarding the crew's schedule, delays, etc. but overall, I felt like my questions were always answered. Love my new bathroom, thank you.

Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work.

We are completely satisfied with our backyard, where we wanted to do a complete renovation, making our yard more beautiful and usable, for games with friends, easy access for my dogs and everything else! From the beginning Brian helped us with the choice of materials, locations, colors and many great suggestions. Our Project Manager, Delmar, and Brian did an excellent job updating us and communicating and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a tight deadline for our project because we wanted to finish before 06/01 - he did our entire project quickly and efficiently! I’ve been working with Geico Builders for the past two years. Initially I’ve met Mila who helped us with our basement drainage issue resolved & built with best drainage solution. At the beginning of September this year Geico Builders started backyard renovation which is contains structural retaining wall about 220 lnf, pavers, composite deck Trex, staircase with beautiful fountain. Marvelous results on my lovely front yard landscaping! I’ve met Mila on August she was assigned to our requested project from Geico Builders. From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. Geico Builders and Brian did a fantastic job. He helped us in demolishing a front deck and replacing it with concrete, relocating a tree from the backyard to the front area and assisting with other odds and ends around the house like fixing the lock on the front window, fixing the latch on the entry fence, etc. Geico Builders were professional, courteous, efficient and did great work.
