Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work.

We are completely satisfied with our backyard, where we wanted to do a complete renovation, making our yard more beautiful and usable, for games with friends, easy access for my dogs and everything else! From the beginning Brian helped us with the choice of materials, locations, colors and many great suggestions. Our Project Manager, Delmar, and Brian did an excellent job updating us and communicating and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a tight deadline for our project because we wanted to finish before 06/01 - he did our entire project quickly and efficiently! I’ve been working with Geico Builders for the past two years. Initially I’ve met Mila who helped us with our basement drainage issue resolved & built with best drainage solution. At the beginning of September this year Geico Builders started backyard renovation which is contains structural retaining wall about 220 lnf, pavers, composite deck Trex, staircase with beautiful fountain. They completed my backyard project in very short period of time comparison to the amount of work was need it done. Excellent crew & communication with in backyard project. Marvelous results on my lovely front yard landscaping! I’ve met Mila on August she was assigned to our requested project from Geico Builders. From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. The Crew is clean and organized every day, pavers which is hardscaping were installed with seamless almost invisible detailing. Besides all of it they are great people to work. Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. Geico Builders and Brian did a fantastic job. He helped us in demolishing a front deck and replacing it with concrete, relocating a tree from the backyard to the front area and assisting with other odds and ends around the house like fixing the lock on the front window, fixing the latch on the entry fence, etc. Geico Builders were professional, courteous, efficient and did great work. Highly recommended.

I just finished our kitchen renovation with Geico Builders and I am so happy with the results. From the initial interviews through the final touch ups, I was consistently impressed with our project manager, Mila. One spends a lot of time with the project manager going from interviews to execution, and Mila was responsive, easy to communicate with and seemed genuinely friendly. We hired Geico for a remodel of our master bedroom and bathroom and also our stairs. Jean was our project lead and did a fabulous job helping us design the new bath and stairs, including custom glass and ironwork. Carlos was our on-site supervisor and between them every little detail was taken care of, including some things that weren’t even in the original plan. Took a little longer than the estimate but a lot of that was waiting for materials to come in. Would definitely hire them again!

Mila and her crew are absolutely amazing. We were pretty demanding but everyone was very much willing to meet each demand. They worked on holidays and weekends when they normally don't, they met our timeline with days to spare, and they even worked in the rain even though we never asked them to. Mila, Alex, Angel, and the rest are very professional and passionate. That passion is evident in their refusal to accept final payment until every detail was addressed. We recently wrapped up a two bathroom renovation with Geico Builders and the end result speaks for itself! I just took a shower in one of our new bathrooms and it was like going to a fancy spa or hotel. I could not have envisioned it this great at the start, it has completely transformed our home. Feels almost unreal to have such beautiful, high end rooms in our home now! I had never done a remodel before and had barely posted the job on Angie’s list when Mila reached out and set the standard for what a consultation could be like. She had ideas for what could be done and David was nearby with his crew and could take a quick look so I got a brief feel for their teamwork. I talked with 5 groups in person and this team had a great cost/value balance and were willing to help me customize it how I wanted. Mila told me about their 3D design option and that reminded me that I do something somewhat similar for my job, so I mocked up the space in Maya and designed out several options that Mila looked through and helped me narrow down. Printouts of those posted on a wall at the job site really helped keep everyone on the same page. David’s attitude on the job was wonderful to be around, he values his team and is so positive. His crew worked fast and I had to hustle to keep up to order the materials in time. Both he and Mila went tile shopping with me and were a big help. There are so many options! If I were to go back I would have spent time picking out the exact pieces I wanted from the store we went with rather than done delivery—natural stone has huge variations so I was surprised by some of the tile when it came. The team was so fast that some of the stone had gone up before I saw it and several pieces were too dark. They were very understanding of the issue and fixed it when I brought pieces that were more representative of what we selected in the store. They consistently proved how trustworthy they were and backed up what they said from the beginning: that they were here for me, had my back and wanted me to be happy with the final product! Whenever I had a request or wasn’t sure with how something was coming together they took the time to walk me through it, listen to my perspective and shift if it made sense and would make me more confident in the process. I truly appreciated each time they double checked with me for my opinion and noticed when something was off! (For example, I had picked two grout colors thinking one was whitish and the other grey when in reality they were both almost the same in color! The crew caught it and I was able to get the right one quickly.) It was a huge collaboration, I’ll admit I wasn’t aware how much if my time researching and being available would be needed at first. It has been a steep learning curve but Mila and David were there for me. (Probably didn’t help that I designed and built some of the furniture to fit the space on the time investment side, but it paid off) Thank you Geico Builders for the stunning bathrooms! Your team’s work ethic, perseverance and expertise has been so appreciated!
