They aerated the yard at the end of May and then I had to call to request the first fertilizer treatment, which didn't happen until the beginning of July. Nothing has happened since. I agree with others who say the service has gone downhill and is not the same. I don't know if people quit during the pandemic, but they are definitely not the same company.

Brian, New Berlin I hate to give a bad review but NatureScape has gone down hill. I have used this service for 16 years and I do not feel that they are living up to their printed slogan on the information sheet,“100% committed to Customer Satisfaction since 1986.” or “Satisfaction Completely Guaranteed”. They came out to do our lawn on 3-11-2022 at which time our lawn was full of snow so there was no way they could do my full yard. As Spring has arrived, I had to call because my yard was full of dandelions, they said they would come and do an early application. They ever came. So I called a week or two later, they said they were sorry. I was told they would come last Thursday for sure. So.. Thursday came and I saw a NatureScape truck in my neighborhood, so I drove over to see if he was coming to my house but he said he just doing mosquito spraying. He did however take my information and said he would call to make sure they would come. I called NatureScape to see what time they would be here and was told about noon. I called NatureScape back at 2:30 and was told they wouldn't be there today because they were not in my area but they would come next week. Again they never came. So another call was made and was told they are not coming back. They said I only paid for 1 application however I paid $334.00 for the full year. Again they said “Sorry” but they would look into it. I asked to talk to a boss or supervisor but they could only say they were sorry that no one could talk to me that someone would call me back at their convenience, but this took days for a response from them. I am finally done with NatureScape bad service. They are lazy on the phone, managers don't call back for days and will not give back my full refund for the year. I give them a ZERO. I really feel they are not living up to their “100% Committed to Customer Satisfaction since 1986” or “Satisfaction Completely Guaranteed” promise written on their information sheet. It is hard to believe they would treat paying customers in this way. Save your money, call a better service.

The service was good. The price went up 24% from last year to this year. It was ridiculous. Their pricing was high.

Their price, responsiveness, and efficiency are all good.

It didn't-they did not even show up and no call to us

They come about every 5 to 6 weeks, and if I order aeration or whatever, but they always ask, they never perform a service without my consent. I pay it once a year. I prepay it for the year. They got rid of all the weeds in my yard, and the yard looks really good. They come at their scheduled time, and I never had a problem where they haven't arrived when they said they were going to be here. You know half the time I don't even see them, they come, they spray the lawn, they're done. Always professional when I speak to them on the phone, always. I've used them for, I can't even tell you how many years.

They were awful. I won't ever use them again. They have real poor service. They don't come out when they're suppose to come out. In fact, we hired a new lawn service for next year. There was never a set time, so it's hard to say on punctuality. But we had to keep calling to get them to come out. They have to get more employees because I was suppose to get 5 treatments. At the end of the year, they had to put them all at the same time because they didn't get them done on time. It's just poor quality service, unresponsive. When you call them up, they're rude. I could go on forever. I will never use them again. Poor quality.

UPDATE: I submitted a review on August 21st regarding damage to my property and lack of repair. After telling Naturescape I would be submitting the review, the repair was hastily made by filling in the ditch with dirt and scattering seed across the top. The storm came through and washed most of the seed away. They essentially created a dam in my ditch and the water backed up behind it then washed over the top. Sloppy and unprofessional. On August 25th after my review went live, the Regional Manager John Baas left me a very professional message apologizing for the damage. He went on to say that the repair made was inadequate (I never complained about that btw, he went out to see it) and that they would be returning with sod to properly repair the area. He said I should call him personally if I have any concerns. That was 15 days ago and no one has ever come back to make the repair. I have called Naturescape 3 times, most recently today. I actually called the 1st time to thank John Baas for his follow up and explain that there needs to be some room left to let the water flow in between the pieces of sod. I never got through. John Baas only gave the office number. The woman who answers the phone is also very professional, but won't transfer my call until I tell her who is calling. On my prior call, I was told John was in, then placed on hold for a significant period of time after giving her my name and then she came back on and told me John Baas was no longer in the building. Today, I asked if she would please just transfer me without my name because of what happened the last time. She refused. She stated that she can't transfer a call until she tells him who is calling. I call that screening. I am unable to reach the person who told me to call him. No repair was ever made but the bill for $124 showed up today. They want me to pay them but between 2 of their managers on the job, the repair was not completed. It is inexcusable. If I don't pay, they have options against me to get their money, even though they damaged my property. I have no options but to spare someone else this kind of experience. After more than a decade as their customer, I do not recommend this provider anymore. I am looking into what I can do through the BBB. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lawn was properly mowed around 9AM and looks good, however the guy took the heavy mowing equipment into the ditch in front of my house and tore it up. No notification was made of the issue to me by Naturescape. He simply left my house. I called and notified the company when I stopped home Monday afternoon and did receive a message from the manager that they came and inspected the problem and agreed to fix it, and quot;most likelyand quot; by Tuesday. On Tuesday I had a message with an apology and the manager stated he would personally and quot;definitelyand quot; do it on Wednesday. It is now Thursday with heavy rain approaching and it has not been done. No message was left for me yesterday as to a reason for delay or when it would be done. I live 5 houses away from their business and they won't take the time to repair the damage their employee caused. I called this morning and informed them I would be making formal complaints. For full disclosure to Angie's List members, I did refuse to speak to the manager this morning because I was upset and did not want an excuse or another empty promise. I understand mistakes happen. When they mowed last week no one drove into the ditch with equipment and I was completely satisfied. But I now have a MANAGER promising to take care of the damage personally and he is not doing it. It took me 2 seasons from when I bought the house to regrade that ditch so the water flows properly and does not back up. It has been perfect for 12 years. Now I have mud and standing water right at the front of my property, and that is also where the sump pump discharges. This is a bigger problem than just some damaged grass. I have been a customer of this location for over a decade and use them for weed control (average) lawn aeration (excellent) and occasional mowing (prior to this-excellent). This is poor customer service to a long time and loyal customer. I will not be renewing my contract with Naturescape next season and will check Angie's List for other providers. I have photos and the voice mail messages. This review is accurate. The review window is not giving me an option to upload photos. maybe that will open after I submit.

We've used their service for several years. Their response is always prompt and courteous.

Last year, they pulled out a bush.. I contacted them. They instructed me to replant it, and if it didn't come back to call this year. Contacted the company at the phone number, The Lady answering the phone said she gave the message to the manager and he would get back to you shortly. Now its two Saturdays since I originally called them, and still no reply from the manager about replacing or compensation for the bush they pulled out. update 7/7/2014 we have agreed on a price to replace the bush that was pulled out, submitting them a copy of the bill, and they said that they we going to pay for it.

Naturescape was very professional and punctual. However, we still had a lot of weeds. They apply the product in about five minutes five times a year. We have complained about the weeds, and they have responded promptly perennially, but their extra efforts appeared to be ineffective. There seems to be no cure for the weeds. After about three years now with them unable to get rid of all the weeds, we are going to try another company.

They were prompt and effective. When I wasn't satisfied the manager came out and found a solution and it was corrected. Ed Graat

They're excellent great to work with.

This company, through their Germantown location, did some extensive hedge and brush pruning at my father-in-law's home. He has been unable to do the work himself and the landscaping was quite overgrown. They must have been very busy, because it took a long time for them to get around to giving us an estimate and they were vague about when they would get around to the job. They did call the day before doing the work, as they had promised. The work was done quickly and professionally. The employee consulted with us during the course of the work and followed instructions. The cleanup was complete and there were not hidden charges. Based on price and performance I would highly recommend this company.

We feel that there is a value for what they do for us and the quality of their work is very good. We have very little contact with them, they just come when it is the time for them to do the treatment for our lawn. Their prices are competitive and we will continue to use them in the future because we have a contract with them to do 5 treatments a year.

We have used them for a couple of years now. If there is a problem they promptly send someone out there to take care of the situation. They do a good job and leave the information as far as what they did if we are not here.

Naturescape takes care of the landscaping at our home including mowing, trimming our trees and bushes. I have used this company for about 10 years. I am pleased with the service and quality of work performed. I feel the price is good for the work done. The staff is punctual and professional.

I've used them for five years. Last year I was not happy with them. I've had to call them back because they haven't done the whole property and their careless with the fertilizer they use. Their prices are good.

I called them and was impressed how easy the process was. They come right on time and I don't have to be here. They were responsive to me when I said I preferred a hand mower to a riding mower, as I didn't like the big white lines the riding mower left. So the next time they brought the hand mower and I see a pleasant difference. It's great not having to do this myself and the price is right.

They do lawn maintenance and provide different treatments to our lawn and we have seen a big improvement with our lawn this year because of them. Our grass was patchy and terrible. Now it is fuller and more green and is in a lot better condition. The price is very fair. The staff is excellent. I have never had any issues with damage or anything like that. The customer service is really good.

This has been the second year that we have used them. We were delighted last year but this year, we have been working to understand that our understanding is the same. We would not be grading them as high as we did last year but it is early in this season. We would definitely be using them this year. When we talked to them about the issues, they have been very attentive in coming back. So, we have great hopes that they would be regaining their high grades by the end of this season.

They were really just average. They were pretty pushy with their sale's tactics, and even though I had said no I still recieve calls to get me to back up with them.

Overall experience was fine. They basically come and go as they please. They usually contact us by phone a day or two before any application is done to let use know they will be there. Each application takes only about five minutes. The weeds are gone and the lawn feels and looks great.

Excellent price for lawn service, but you get what you pay for. You never know when they will show-up. Fertilizer ends up all over the driveway and side walks. If a lawn chair is in the yard, they don't move it. Rather, they fertilize around it. Lawn ended-up streaky - - i.e., you could tell exactly where they did and did not fertilize. I have used them in years past, but this past summer was not good. By far the best price you will find, but you get what you pay for.

Naturescape does a great job on my neighbor's snow removal; and, they're kindness yesterday demonstrates that this is clearly a top notch company that deserves your consideration if you're looking to hire someone for snow removal.
