We’re awaiting permits to build an ADU and a porch on the front house, and will be utilizing them for those builds as well. The Project Manager makes conversations very comfortable. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."
