First, by showing up for the initial visit on time. He took the time needed to review the plan from the city. He listened to me explain what I wanted and answered my concerns. We reached an agreement and he started as scheduled. The framing involved 3 load bearing walls. Only 2 of which were in the architect/engineer's drawing. John discovered an 11-foot load bearing beam missing from their drawing. I thank John many times for discovering that major mistake. John was patient in working through this with me. John fulfilled our contract with his quote and completion time. He deserves 10 STARS for his attention to details, customer satisfaction efforts and overall business approach to my project."
