"This customer texted me at 10:30 pm on a weeknight with one line : "there is paint all over my floor" with no photo. I responded quickly and sent a VIDEO that I took before I left that day, and I have saved, that showed every inch of the completed job with no drips on the floor or wall. To my surprise I didn't get any response until 45 minutes later which was at 11:15. This customer was very aggressive and threatened to not pay. I arrived the next day, found four very hard to see drips of paint and cleaned them off the floor within five minutes and even after doing so, this customer immediately asked for a 50 percent discount."
