The cleaners checked with me a few times during the day as they finished areas to make sure that I was pleased, and they followed up on any areas that I pointed out to them. After the house cleaning, they cleaned the carpets in the main traffic areas of the house and the master bedroom. The carpets looked great, and it was so convenient to have everything done at the same time.
