"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "I have an 1800 sq foot house. I live alone, My house is clean & neat. I wanted a general cleaning. They asked me what was most important to me, because they could not clean my whole house in the 4 hr window. I said the bathrooms, family room, kitchen were most important. They said they could not do all that in the four hours. So I said the most important things to me was the bathrooms & didn't want them to leave without doing the floors. And that is all they did in 4 hours, the bathrooms & floors. The bathrooms include, a powder room, used only for guests & is neat & clean, the master bath, which is not moldy or dirty, no soap scum build up in shower or on the shower door & the hall bath, used when I have company stay, Then they vacuumed the carpet & washed the kitchen floor & tile floor in the entry & dining area. What they did was excellent. They paid attention to detail. But I've had house cleaners many many times over the years so I know what cleaners do in a 4 hour period of time, as well as what I can do. I was going to check them out to see if I would want them on a regular basis. i was not happy with what they were able to accomplish in that time. I told the gentleman that, He said they don't just go in & wipe up. They do the job to really get things clean. I will say what they did was good work, just very slow. i would not hire them again."

He took measurements and then provided a couple of different sets of CAD drawings for us to choose from. He provided updates to the drawings in a timely manner and helped us to make cost-effective choices. Sean worked with us to schedule the installation to coordinate with the work in our closet. The installers arrived promptly and completed the job as scheduled. The resulting closet is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. Our closet is oddly shaped and all the cuts/carpentry fits exactly. The drawers and doors operate beautifully and the aesthetic is just what we wanted."
