Nice to work with, good pricing and excellent installation for a heat pump.

We had no heat for a few days and hired someone else who came out twice and could not repair our furnace. Someone from Aeris came out and he repaired our furnace right away and we still have the heater working several days later!!!

Aeris (company) and Arian (human :P) are awesome! Everybody I worked with was great. Will use again next year.

This is the second time I hired Aeris Heating & Air to install an Ac Package unit at my duplex. Everything went smoothly and the installers are nice and clean up everything. I will use them again. I did a lot of research to find them and I am happy they turned out to be great!! ð

The project was to add Air Conditioning to my existing central air unit. The price was reasonable and lower than other companies pressuring me to buy stuff I didn't need, considering the ducts and central heating unit were already in place. David was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and easy to work with. The whole project went smoothly and I am very pleased I chose Aeris.

I bought my complete air conditioning system from Aeris in 2019. I bought it from them because from the estimate appointment to install completion went above and beyond in customer service and professionalism, and gave the the best price! Since that time, whenever I had a question about the system or additional service the response time was within the hour with answers, options and immediate availability. This past Sunday evening at 10:30pm, I called the phone # on the website, left a message that our air system was not cooling our home sufficiently. Within 5 min. I got a text from Jason informing me it was a bit late to please text and said he would call me in the morning. He called Monday morning and on Tuesday morning Marvin was out and repaired the problem. At a time when genuine customer care and professionalism is pretty much non-existent, Aeris really stands out - they are the best! Anyone would be foolish to shop anywhere else!

They just did a check-up on my old system. Professional and didn't try to recommend any extras. I'll have them back next year before the heat starts up to check on everything again.
