"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. All of our friends and family always amazed when they come to visit. They took extra care of everything and the crew and staff was very nice and polite all the time. "While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Via the web I reached out to Angies List on Sunday 07/19/2020 for a time sensitive request to put up a rear garden 6ft fence + driveway gate ASAP. Angies List recommended 3 Contractors.- One of which was US Home Developers, INC,. Within 10 Mins Vanessa US HOME Developers, INC. Company representative called me back to schedule an in home visual survey walkthrough with Field Supervisor Daniel Dachot for the Very next day (Now thats what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service)! Based on Vanessa's quick response I new I was in good hands. Daniel arrived punctual first thing Monday morning with a good cheerful dispositon and was able to provide a good honest estimate on the spot based on services offered & provided. Daniel has years of field hard/lanscaping experience and I found him to be knowledgable, Upfront, Proactive and a True Professional who works quickly..Fabian & his team arrived the following Wednesday 7/29/2020 to put up the fence + Driveway Gate - they did an AWESOME Job and worked diligently to complete the work all in one day. THANK YOU TEAM - YOU ROCK -the fence & gate looks AMAZING!! Thank you Vanessa and Daniel for puttng this together and making this happen. "Granted, the work isn't completely finished, but I wanted to update my review to post how impressed I am. Danny Gold and his crew just completed the tile install phase. They did an extremely complex "wood" tile pattern which looks beautiful in photos and EVEN better in reality. In addition, the bulk of the work and hassles and noise was done remotely while I was out of town. Luis was great an explaining things and even though I wasn't there, I felt everything would be handled with the utmost care and attention to details. Talk about trustworthy!!! Such a gift in a contractor. The tile work cost me a bit more than I expected, but the work was well worth it. They are handling all the extremely annoying inspections (City of Santa Monica slows everything so much!) My shower glass guy was super impressed with the precision of the bathroom. "Like laser crafted" In all, HIGHLY recommend their work!!"

This was a standard kitchen remodel.

Demo of existing kitchen, wall and ceiling repair, new cabinets, plumbing, electrical, blew out and added on to our breakfast nook, new flooring. Lighting overhead and under cabinet. 

Demo went smooth, house protected from dust.  Construction crews were careful and courteous. We had a few small issues along the way but had Precise crews in immediately to take care of this. 

We searched very hard to find the best service for the best price, Precise did not disappoint us.

Kitchen is complete, we are now pondering the other home improvement projects they can help us with!
