They arrived early, were professional, courteous, kind, very helpful with my questions and were above and beyond to help fix things that I wasn’t even aware of. "The sales rep, Bryan, went above and beyond to answer all my zillion questions and concerns. He was responsive, knowledgeable and shared his expertise in not only insulation, but all in LED canned lights and dimmers. He was amazing and I would only ask for him again. I plan to refer others to him also in the near future. The installers were good too, letting me climb the ladder and look at the work, cleaning out the old insulation and advising me they found no termites or rodent droppings. I wish they would have vacuumed the bedroom where they brought in a lot of dirt on the carpet, and also used the shop vac in the garage afterwards, as I had to clean up afterwards, which took me an extra hour. However, overall, I was pleased."
