They arrived early, were professional, courteous, kind, very helpful with my questions and were above and beyond to help fix things that I wasn’t even aware of. They also were more than happy to help with small problems that I had no idea how to fix. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. You could tell they cared about their work which makes me feel confident that the job was done right. They were also fun to have around — my Great Dane loved them too! He was responsive, knowledgeable and shared his expertise in not only insulation, but all in LED canned lights and dimmers. He was amazing and I would only ask for him again. The installers were good too, letting me climb the ladder and look at the work, cleaning out the old insulation and advising me they found no termites or rodent droppings. I wish they would have vacuumed the bedroom where they brought in a lot of dirt on the carpet, and also used the shop vac in the garage afterwards, as I had to clean up afterwards, which took me an extra hour.
