Zero Energy Associates

I obtained several bids and Zero Energy Assoc. was the only company who performed the schedule J calculations.  
Kimberly was my primary contact with Zero Energy Assoc. and she did a thorough examination of my existing heating system and insulation before making recommendations.  She discussed several options with me and then kept me well informed and answered all my questions as the project proceeded.  
Michael and Brandon were the team that performed the duct replacement and the air sealing.  They were very professional, had great attention to details and kept the job site clean.  Like Kimberly, they kept me informed of the challenges they encountered with the job and we discussed the solutions thoroughly.  Michael has an indepth knowledge of HVAC systems and was very good at finding solutions to issues as they occurred.  I now have even and consistent temperatures throughout my home.
 
The team who did the attic insulation was also very professional and they did an excellent job.  On hot days my house is now 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, without any air conditioning.
 
Because of some quirks in my heating system, Kimberly had to work harder to get me a rebate, but she came through in the end.  She kept me informed every step of the way as she worked on the rebate.
