When the gentleman came over to give us an idea of what radiant barrier is we never knew when he would be there, they gave us an estimate but then upon completion we wrote a check, but never received a receipt of payment, or work order showing completed work. All we had was the gentleman sign the estimate that we had been given two weeks prior to the job. And the installer did not have any paperwork saying that he did the job. But we had him write that on the estimate. I would expect more professional paperwork."
