"We had radiant barrier insulation installed insteads of blown in insulation. It was laid in the attic rafters, upon the completion of the job the service provider could have done a better job of cleaning up. He also left some marking on our cabinet. When the gentleman came over to give us an idea of what radiant barrier is we never knew when he would be there, they gave us an estimate but then upon completion we wrote a check, but never received a receipt of payment, or work order showing completed work. All we had was the gentleman sign the estimate that we had been given two weeks prior to the job. And the installer did not have any paperwork saying that he did the job. But we had him write that on the estimate. I would expect more professional paperwork."

They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."
