The roof of my 4 bedroom/2 bath home was completed in record time, less than 2 days, and the workmanship was outstanding. Their representative, Daniel Thomas, provided excellent service, always available and responsive, and going beyond the call of duty every step of the way. And their prices are very competitive. I'm so glad that I chose Los Gatos roofing!

Los Gatos Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof. I installed the solar rail mounts myself, and they then installed the asphalt shingles around the solar rails. All the work was completed in 3 days and the quality of the work was exemplary.

My newish roof needed repair after the guy who did the roof was non-responsive. They came, determined the issue, and repaired the roof. They were very professional and more reasonably priced than another company I had give an estimate.

Great job. The project went smoothly and turned out great. The one thing I would recommend is to request a face-to-face meeting with the estimator/project manager and foreman at the very beginning of the job. This helps ensure that the job gets started right and improves communication. We are very happy with the results.

I could not recommend Los Gatos Roofing MORE HIGHLY! They COMPLETELY exceeded all of my expectations, and I have tendency to be pretty finicky! Dan was the supervisor on the project and could not have been more professional, while also being very attentive and caring in terms of making sure that the job was done to perfection, and his crew was meticulous!! On a scale of one to five stars, they are a solid six!

It went very well, job was done very well and was completed ahead os scheduled.

The estimator/manager spent extra time with us to explain all the procedures, tiling options and other issues before we committed to Los Gatos roofing. Once we got to the head of the line, service proceeded pretty much as scheduled. The tear-off was noisier than we had expected and because we have a steep roof the crew could not control where the old tiles fell with some damage to our neighbors fruit tree that was right up on the fence line. There was also damage to the mesh screen for our back door, that the company is taking care of by replacing the screen completely. Palo Alto City Inspector called for some additional caulking which will be done soon.

I had to wait more than a month before LG Roofing could come out to assess the need. Once they did their evaluation, they were able to schedule the work in less than 2 weeks. The team arrived on time and completed it quickly. They did a good job. They explained what they were doing before and after the work.
