I DID go above budget, but it was purely because I added more projects and purchased more expensive materials. Each time I did that, Sheen was quick to talk to me to make sure knew exactly what the financial impact would be. Also, and this is important, his team showed up every single day, even on Saturdays (after checking with me first). They worked through until the project was finished. And the quality of the work was top-notch. Just beautiful. Every detail was attended to. There were no scheduling problems, and I never had the crew disappearing to handle another client (I've had that happen FAR too often in the past with other companies). There were no surprises or creeping costs. The reliability, quality, and communication are worth their weight in gold. I can't stress this enough: lower bids do not always equal lower costs. With Specialty Home Improvement, you know exactly what you will be paying right up front. This is the dream team of quality construction. You get what you pay for (and in my experience, just that little bit more)."
