From the very beginning, Danny was incredibly attentive and listened to all of our ideas regarding our pool yet had incredible feedback and guidance in the areas where we knew nothing! So surprised at how quickly the process went and how organized they were with every step ! It was really important to us to feel like we were working with a professional and not just a contractor. This was reflected in every aspect of the job. Me being an interior designer I had my own ideas and they trusted me and I think we all were thrilled with how the pool turned out! George was incredible, managing the project and handling my concerns and any questions! When something didn’t go the way as we planned, which wasn’t very often, the teamwork was evident and resolutions were quickly made! "This is a small business. These guys are trying to further their business through word of mouth. I am extremely satisfied with their service. We tried others for years. Paid more got less. Less service, less reliability and some caused damage by using inappropriate chemicals. Now, here comes James. He knows his business 110% . Can answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I didn't even get to mention they have the best prices in the county that I have seen. So much more for your money. Like what you ask? Do you get photos of your crystal clean waters after the service? Detailed service reports which include chemical concentration before and after treatment including what was added and it's all sent to your email after the visit is complete. Great for record keeping purposes. Oh, one last thing, they are great with repairs. If it's something they can't fix they set you up with their colleagues who can. If you own anything pool or spa related and don't give these guys a call you aren't getting the gold standard in aquatic care. I highly recommend this company."
