Remodel Works Bath & KitchenWe used a another building contractor to manage and build the project but used RW for their K&B design expertise and ability to get a project completed in a timely manner. We had worked with Mary Jennings and John De Luca at our previous home for a bath remodel and were not disappointed in their work on this project. Our contractor was very impressed with the planning and execution of the bath and kitchen portion of the project. He really liked Jeff Aldridge our Project Manager. He commented that Jeff works at communication with his customers. He always returned phone calls in a timely manner, and other wise kept us well informed. Things come up on any project but RW personnel worked diligently to come up with good solutions. Pricing for the project was competitive for a very organized, full service design/build remodeling firm.- Michael C.

Remodel Works Bath & KitchenYes, I would choose Remodel Works again! After interviewing 4 different companies to design and complete my kitchen and master bathroom remodels, I selected Remodel Works. This was due to my initial meeting with the designer, their process, and their warranty. And I’m so glad I did. My new kitchen and bathroom are beautiful! My designer, John De Luca, was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He really is a “Kitchenaire Extraordinaire” and “Bathroom Beautiful” designer who cares about good design and about the client. We worked closely on the design for my kitchen and master bathroom and he came up with designs that really met my desires and needs and matched the rest of my home. My project manager, Greg Ransweiler, did an amazing job keeping my project on track and all of the Remodel Works workmen (Aschley, Devin, Chris) and subs on the project were professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. Another thing I really liked about Remodel Works was their design/build documentation and their clear construction process. I was given a project schedule so I knew exactly who was going to show up each day, what would be done, and when payment would be due. And when there were supply or other issues, I was kept fully informed. Of course, there were some bumps along the way, but Greg was very responsive (he never failed to get back to me) and always came up with thoughtful and suitable solutions. And he didn’t mind all my questions. I love my new kitchen and bathroom (as do all my family and friends) and would highly recommend Remodel Works. When I’m ready to do my other bathroom, I plan to use them again.- Catherine F.

They were on time and on the budget that was agreed on. From the demolition crew, drywall person, flooring guys led by Eduardo, electrician, cabinet maker and installers, countertop fabrication and installation, and appliance installation they were all top notch and went out of their way to make sure the job was done perfectly. A-Team Residential RemodelingIt's impossible to find a contractor that is better than Jeff and his A-team crew. My husband and I have worked with him on several projects over the years on our journey to remodeling our forever home. We've consistently been impressed with Jeff's responsiveness, honesty, and genuine decency that's normally absent from most contractors. Jeff has never blown us off; in fact he typically responds almost immediately to our inquiries, making us feel valued and heard (which is nice b/c remodels can be quite stressful and we never felt alone or abandoned when we've partnered with Jeff and my husband and I have particularly high standards!). Jeff and his A-team truly go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary courteous, timely customer service and GORGEOUS craftsmenship. His prices are absolutely reasonable and an incredible deal for the value of the work, which is of highest quality. I'll Handle ITDave did great work for us. We wanted to update three bathrooms. Dave replaced the floors, vanities, mirrors, and all the fixtures. Coastal DesignsWe recently hired Drew and his team at Coastal Designs to renovate both our master bath and our downstairs bath-and both look AMAZING! We had 3 companies bid the job and Drew's proposal was by far the most complete. While the others had placeholders for the fixtures, Drew had specific quality products in his proposal. He also provided drawings with ideas that we had not considered, such as lighting in the showers, which not only provided light , but added to the incredible look of both rooms. He provided a 6 week timeline for the project and completed the job in 5, he also was here every morning to meet with his subs and introduce them to us. His guys were always on time, did a great job , and cleaned up every day. At the end of each week he also had a teammate come and do a deep clean prior to the weekend. I love One Week Bath... We hired them to complete 4 projects at first, and due to those experiences added an additional 7 projects after that. A total of 11 projects completed in our 7000 sq. ft. house. The process was completely satisfying. The design process was absolutely first class, and the construction crews ultimately became like family. Imagine a contractor that says what they will do and does what they say! Imagine a contractor that shows up to the job every day and once started, completes a project on time and on budget. We used OWB to do every bathroom in the house. Demo to the studs, new plumbing, valves and controls, new tubs, fixtures, water proof membranes, lighting etc. In the Master Bath we had them install computer controlled valves - look everybody, NO Manual Valves to run the shower head, rain head, side jets! Very very happy with the outcome. They did not only the bathrooms, but also a laundry room, a bar area in a game room and a kitchen and floor in my casita. In life you get what you pay for, One Week Bath is worth every penny paid! Easily the best contractor participating in our $1.9 million dollar renovation project.

I hired CBI in February 2020 to help transform an above garage studio into a one bedroom apartment. I could tell from my first meeting with Frank Megura the owner of CBI that he was professional, experienced, and would be able to assist me with what I was requesting. Frank and his team at CBI were able to implement the plans drawn up my architect to turn my ideas into reality. I was provided with a detailed estimate of the work I requested which allowed me the flexibility to make adjustments based on my budget. A detailed timeline was provided for the project which was helpful to allow for my budgeting of payments and planning for the stages of work and completion of the project. Margaret the office manager communicated with me frequently regarding the details of the contract, payments, and site visit times of the workers. Frank was more than happy to work in conjunction with my professional designer at my request. The work completed included framing, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Details of the work performed include: Transforming a water closet into a ¾ bath with the addition of a shower. The shower was built into a space that included installation of a shower pan, tile walls from floor to ceiling with a built in shower nook, installation of a rain shower head as well as a hand held sprayer, and installation of a frame less glass door. A medicine cabinet was installed over the existing sink. A wet bar was replaced with a full sink and faucet installed into a granite counter top over cabinet bases. The granite was installed intact without any breaks and a hole was drilled allowing for installation of a reverse osmosis water system. The end results was lots of cabinet space with a beautiful granite counter top, matching back splash, and a dual basin sink and faucet. Very functional and attractive. A bedroom with a closet was constructed to my specifications. It fit in nicely to this 450 sq. ft. studio. The bedroom included the installation of 2 entry doors, one on each side of the room as requested, and a 5 ft. closet was built in. Painting was performed with the requested paint brand and colors of my choosing. The electrical work included installation of a light over the bathroom sink, an exhaust fan and light near the shower, 2 recessed lights over the kitchen counter area, 4 recessed lights in the living area, and a ceiling mount light in the bedroom. 2 light switches were placed in the bedroom, one at each entryway. This was a great functional detail Frank suggested. Additionally electrical outlets were added where needed and replacement of old yellowed outlets and switch plate covers were completed. I would like to commend CBI for the professionalism of their workers. I especially would like to give praise to Noe who spent the most time on the project site. He communicated with me almost daily prior to the work that was to be completed. He is an excellent communicator not only in stating what was to be done but also listened to my ideas and implemented any special requests I had. He also provided me with insight and suggestions that improved the functionality of certain details I was requesting. I have already contacted Frank and his team at CBI to work on another remodel project on my home. I highly recommend Complete Builders Incorporated and have already recommended them to an interested party looking for a professional and reliable contractor.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen so we received 4 quotes on the job. We selected Regal Concepts and Design for two main reasons, their price was competitive and they are a small company that used their own crew, no subcontractors. The owner Paul Lyttle, was very good about helping us make decisions on what we wanted done and materials to use. He gave us a list of vendors that he worked with most often, which was very helpful. When Regal Concepts started the work in March we met the crew of two. Alex and Jose were awesome. They were here on time each day and always left the place clean before leaving for the day. They did excellent work on the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and laying the flooring. Our kitchen was very outdated and now it is a beautiful up to date kitchen with expanded counter tops. We love it. Paul was very good about responding back to us with any questions we had, either by email, phone or in person in a timely manner. He came to the house on a daily basis to check the work. Paul and his crew were great and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.
