I regret hiring Builder?s Innovation Group. Poor communication, lack of transparency, slow work, and subcontractor issues left me paying nearly $80,000 for disappointing results. I would not recommend this company.

The team was so great to work with. They were very professional and expedient with their work. They are the third contractor that we have worked with and they were the best, no contest. Even when they opened our walls and discovered some structural damage that had to be corrected they gave us a really fair quote, encouraged us to get second opinions, but were ready to jump in and fix it right away if we decided to go with them. We did decide to go with them and they were able to complete the project still within the original estimated date of completion. We know that can't happen everytime or for every project but they definitely made the effort and got the job done. We recently had a house warming party and the bathroom remodel was the highlight of the tour. Everyone kept saying how amazing the bathroom looked. We would definitely hire again for future projects and would highly recommend to other homeowners. Do you have a project you need to complete? Go B.I.G or go home with Builders Innovation Group!

Our journey with BIG started March of 2022. We hired this company to build a 490 square foot ADU for my Father who’s health is declining. We were quoted 150K and decided to move forward as time was of the essence to get my Dad in a safe place where he could maintain some independence. We immediately got Jordan over to our new home. We weren’t even finished moving in but we wanted to get my Dad’s house done as soon as possible. We paid for the permits and drawings from the architect. Shortly after we were called in to sign the contract. To our shock the verbal quote had increased by 100 K due to “inflation.” We settled for the contracted amount of 227K. We now had invested approximately 20K and felt moving forward would be the quickest way to get our project completed. Not so! Here we sit 13 months since the initial job walk, 80% of project is paid and all we have is a drywalled lathed building with electrical and plumbing. Doors and windows. There have been multiple errors, lack of communication and a refusal to take any responsibility. Staff has been turned over so nobody is stepping up. We have filed a complaint to the State Contractor's Board. So the completion of this review will be TBD.

Do not hire Builders Innovation Group. We are in a project that we where told was going to be 9 months and we are at over a year with no end in sight. Where originally quoted at $150,000 but are being charged $227,000. Project is full of errors and schedule is constantly getting pushed back. Will write full review when project is near completion.

It went great very nice and patient. They help me deal with the insurance. They did work and communicated well. They have very good stuff very nice and courteous.

I have nothing but great things to say about Builders Innovation Group aka BIG!!! Mom and I bought a house in need of a full remodel. I put my info on thumbtack and one of the first companies to respond was BIG. I was impressed with the prompt response, clear explanation of the process and their overall business model. I met with Jordan Box & his designer Sarah Galofalo. I immediately knew I made the right choice. They were both very down to earth, easy to deal with, fun and professional. They listened to me, I listened to them and the magic began. I get updated with pictures often and believe me when I say they are transforming our spot into a beautiful, functional and modern living space.
