"Wade and Malbec Builders served as the general contractor for our renovation of a classic 1960’s Palm Springs mid century modern home. Not an easy job since we live near Chicago. Our renovation included replacing the plumbing, replacing the floors, full update and renovation of the kitchen and two bathroooms. He was instrumental in introducing us to contractors who updated our pool and added solar power. At every turn he provided realistic solutions that fit our home and budget. When renovating a home, naturally there are some surprises. Wade handled these was a total pro, providing full and honest service to address each situation. His communication skills are terrific.
