Our renovation included replacing the plumbing, replacing the floors, full update and renovation of the kitchen and two bathroooms. He was instrumental in introducing us to contractors who updated our pool and added solar power. At every turn he provided realistic solutions that fit our home and budget. When renovating a home, naturally there are some surprises. Wade handled these was a total pro, providing full and honest service to address each situation. His communication skills are terrific. "I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

It was a pleasure working with Cade who coordinated everything and was very hands on making sure everything was to our liking.
