"Nile Schmidt is a true professional. I had him paint the outside and inside of a rehab I purchased in late 2008. Almost 1 decade later and the paint job has held up very, very well as I had a contractor over recently who thought the work had been done in the last 2 years (prompting me to write this review). Nile is great and easy to work with and his team is prompt and meticulous. "I found them messy, left a lot paint on floor and did not clean after themselves. Also had a small repair on stucco, instead it became a major repair, and where they had scaffold to clean windows, they broke the stucco fence in driveway. that cost me $6,000.00"

He does stellar work, paying very close attention to detail and going over and above to ensure the job is done correctly. Our home required a great deal of preparation and repair work prior to painting, which turned out to be more than Ben had originally anticipated, but he honored the price on the contract. He never complained about the extra work. Ben is super conscientious about showing up on time, and cleaning up after he left. "Saul and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. They were clean, fast and paid attention to details. They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean.
