"Nile Schmidt is a true professional. I had him paint the outside and inside of a rehab I purchased in late 2008. Almost 1 decade later and the paint job has held up very, very well as I had a contractor over recently who thought the work had been done in the last 2 years (prompting me to write this review). Nile is great and easy to work with and his team is prompt and meticulous. "I waited to do this review because I wanted to be objective about the job. The quality of the paint job in the end was very good. The sales person was great. Unfortunately, getting the painting done on the house was not so smooth. It was supposed to be about ten days, it lasted 15 days. The painters arrived late and left early. They blocked my driveway, painted the garage door that was supposed to be stained, left full trash bags in the side yard for days, kept telling me my house was the biggest house most complicated house they had ever painted and worked on their cars in my driveway and at the curb. I am sure I am missing something. The job was understaffed and about 40% more expensive than other quotes."

"Saul and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. They were clean, fast and paid attention to details. They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. They didn’t even damage any roof tiles. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend them."
