"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

"Marco and his assistants were fantastic.  I had a very specific design in mind for a custom built-in cabinet for my hallway.  Marco came by to look at the space and discuss the plan I had and gave me an estimate that evening.  We agreed on the price and the very next day he was there with his men and began.  I am a very picky person - Marco discussed each step along the way to make sure the project was staying to my liking.  He pointed out problems with my original design and offered suggestions to remedy the problems.  Long story short the cabinet came out beautifully.  The materials are great - the painting is perfect - I couldn't be happier.  They were very respectful to my home - the demolition portion of the project was very well done.  I have many more projects in mind and Marco is the first person I will call.
