"We spoke to Andres, the general manager. He worked us into their schedule and within a few days they were out to replace the carpet. They removed all of the old carpet and treated the hardwood floors underneath due to our dog using the restroom on the floor. We were very pleased with the work. I would use them again in the future."

"the work was well done by Pieter's associate and Pieter was helpful in suggesting and ordering very nice flooring at a moderate price for an area about 400 sq ft. My only beef is that he has not responded to several requests for a copy of his invoice which is needed for tax purposes. Still chasing that up."

They did a very good job on the install, and we're pretty choosy, with special requests to preserve the molding and trim work that's original to the house. They showed up on time, were courteous and polite, and they were extremely neat and tidy.
