"Our 100 plus year house was in need of floor refinishing. We had 3 flooring companies come by to look at project and give a bid. We chose 805 Hardwood Flooring. From the first meeting through to the jobs completion, we knew we were working with the right company. The job bid was reasonable and the contract we were to sign was clear and precise. Sean and Kathy arrived to our house ready to assess our flooring needs. Sean determined that our oak floors downstairs could survive one more sanding. The upstairs' hallway flooring, done during a remodel 40 years ago, Sean could see was needing to be completely redone. As Sean went about measuring and assessing the work details, Kathy was by his side taking notes and also pictures of the project. Sean’s crew arrived on time ready to work and if asked could explain what was to be done that day. "It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
