"Victor Jimenez and his company Dynamic Hardwood Flooring are first-rate! I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. Finally, I was very happy with their modest bid, and there were never any suggestions that it should change. Victor has the experience (20 years) and skill to get the job done both quickly and well."

"Our 100 plus year house was in need of floor refinishing. We had 3 flooring companies come by to look at project and give a bid. We chose 805 Hardwood Flooring. From the first meeting through to the jobs completion, we knew we were working with the right company. The job bid was reasonable and the contract we were to sign was clear and precise. "It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
