When Mike and his crew arrived to start the job, all of them were professional and courteous. They arrived right after we left for work and were gone by the time we got home, so that was extremely convenient for us. Having other work done in our house, I have found the majority of the time contractors give a specific ETA and the projects always go longer than estimated. Mike gave a timeline and the floors were finished right on schedule. I have never seen that happen before. Floors look great and we are very pleased with not only the service and the work, but the whole experience."

"Victor Ferreyra responded quickly to my request on Angi's List. He visited the condo and examined the parquet floors that I wished to have refinished. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor. Alas we had to go with carpeting there. I would certainly recommend California Design Floors for any flooring needs. My photos are larger than 5 MB, so I was unable to include them."
