Mike gave a timeline and the floors were finished right on schedule. I have never seen that happen before. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor. Alas we had to go with carpeting there. I would certainly recommend California Design Floors for any flooring needs. My photos are larger than 5 MB, so I was unable to include them."
