Best floor sanding pros near Valencia, CA

"I am writing this review out of sheer gratitude and happiness! Juan and his crew truly went above and beyond on the existing highly glossy, aged yellow floors. They managed to convert them into a modern, extra matte , almost blonde finish without sanding, merely removing the polished surface and buffing out scratches and marks, creating a flawless, stunning finish! I’m struggling to find words to express my joy and a fraction of the cost of all other quotes AND the next day before Labor Day, so much more, important to finish with job complete in a few hours!!!! Please 🙏🏻"

"Carlos and his crew are really great people to work with. They are kind, patient and pay attention to detail. They installed wood flooring on our stairs and the whole second level of our home. Not only did they give us a great price, they actually finished the job on time without complications. I would highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs."

"Juan and his guys fixed two damaged areas in my bamboo hardwood flooring. The tricky part was we had very little replacement wood to work with so they had to sand it down and then hope to match the color. The first attempt made the wood look too white, but Juan happily sent his guys back to give it another try and it turned out great. I would highly recommend them!"

"Excellent. Byron was punctual and offered me a competitive quote from the start. Throughout the project he was forthcoming and pointed out any area he anticipated would not sand to his standard (floors are 73 years old). There were never surprises. He sent photos of the progress regularly and walked me through the project daily. I’m satisfied with the results and grateful he made suggestions from the beginning. In general, he’s an honest contractor and a nice guy to work with. Photos attached were taken during the project; not final."

"Amir is incredibly communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. He has extensive experience in all aspects of home renovation and remodeling, from pools, kitchens, and bathrooms to flooring and roofing. He understood the urgency of our situation and had his team at our home within 24 hours. He immediately knew what needed to be done and gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly. Amir is truly a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and will absolutely work with him for any future renovation, remodeling, or home improvement needs. I highly recommend him and his team."

"Had to remove hardwood flooring that had water damage and replace entire flooring. Completed work in a very timely manner and with great pride. Third time I have used them, and highly recommend them."

"Victor Ferreyra responded quickly to my request on Angi's List. He visited the condo and examined the parquet floors that I wished to have refinished. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor. Alas we had to go with carpeting there. I would certainly recommend California Design Floors for any flooring needs. My photos are larger than 5 MB, so I was unable to include them."

"DX Hardwood replaced my water damaged flooring in 1 day. Dennis and his crew were punctual and professional. Dennis came by 3 times to check progress and asked me if I had any questions. His guys were very friendly and knew their stuff, they did a beautiful job and left my living room cleaner than when they arrived."

"They showed up when they said they would. They picked up the material from Home Depot . They took it up to the 6th floor and laid it. The floor looks beautiful . It was all cleaned up. Ariel Builders are very professional. Great job!"

"El-Li was the complete professional. From demolishing the existing flooring to the fast, efficient installation of the replacement floor, we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend his service;. Quality work at a reasonable price."
