We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts.
