"I recently brought in Golden Oaks Tree Care to remove a 25-foot Canary Island Pine, grind out the stump, and trim a nearby palm tree, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The stump was ground down a full 8 to 10 inches, and they took careful precautions to avoid any contact with my irrigation lines or underground utilities. We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts. Other than the credit card issue, we were very pleased with their work."
