"I recently brought in Golden Oaks Tree Care to remove a 25-foot Canary Island Pine, grind out the stump, and trim a nearby palm tree, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Reynaldo, Bernardo, and their team handled the project with impressive skill and professionalism from start to finish. What really stood out was their attention to detail and safety. The stump was ground down a full 8 to 10 inches, and they took careful precautions to avoid any contact with my irrigation lines or underground utilities. Their precision with the grinder made the whole process much cleaner and safer than traditional excavation methods. The palm trimming was just as neatly executed. "Luis and his crew did an amazing job. They worked for 3 days trimming hedges, bushes and vines. Removing bushes that were breaking a retaining wall. They trimmed our palm trees. They hauled away rusted patio furniture, wood, metal, and an old jacuzzi cover. Then they mowed, edged, and blew all the walkways and the patio. They were timely and courteous. I was so pleased with the work that I’ve hired them to do regular lawn service."

The technicians came on schedule, completed the job and cleaned up nicely. The job was done in the estimated time. I will be calling them back to totally remove these trees this summer."

We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts. Other than the credit card issue, we were very pleased with their work."
