"These guys they send out are not tree experts & have chainsaw, will travel, should be their motto. They are polite and helpful but they cut too many good limbs off one tree so now we don't have much shade. I hope the limbs grow back but doubt it. I have to watch everything else they do, to make sure they don't break anything else (dropped limbs on patio furniture) and only cut what's necessary. I tried to call the boss or fast-talking salesman to complain that they are cutting out too much but the mailbox was full so I couldn't talk to him or leave a message.
