They were able to give me a quote based off a picture I texted them. After getting several more quotes, all which were higher, I decided to go with them. Though this service was only diagnostic with recommendations to correct our tree's problems he also examined our neighbor's tree with a similar problem. He also consented to look at several other trees and plants in our garden with recommendations to help them as well.
