During our first meeting for an estimate, Sylvain listened to my "wish list" to upgrade my older, patio room enclosure and told me he could provide what I wanted. Sylvain did an excellent job on my patio room with new exterior siding and interior drywall, a new door and 3 new energy saving windows. New insulation was also installed. Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased. The exterior siding was painted to match my home, and the new drywall was painted a color of my choice. Daily, the jobsite was left clean. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
