"Bill came over to my Mom's house and did a complete inspection of the roof. My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.
I have so much respect and appreciation for Bill and Jordan roofing, that when either I or my family needs a roof, I will use them !!
And I will recommend them to my friends !!

"I picked Triangle Roofers simply because of their outstanding ratings, I donâ t know roofing but I did know that I had a leak going across a beam on my ceiling and needed it fixed. When reading the reviews, I noticed I couldnâ t find one bad review, after meeting Maynor I could see why , he did what he said needed to be done I had skylights and pool solor involved it was a 13 x13 area and they removed the tiles and replaced and cleaned the underside and replace all tar paper after they were done it never looked like they were up there, he showed me pictures of the work when they were done. My job was 2,500.00 I love to recommend legit companies so I recommend Traingle Roofers if you are looking . Let it rain I am ready ! Thanks C.W."

"The recent rains made it clear we needed some roofing work done. As I began looking for contractors, Zenith Roofing Services happened to start work on a house 2 doors from us. I got the benefit of watching as the crew worked on the neighbor's home, and I liked what I saw. I requested an estimate and was pleased to see the level of detail presented in the proposal (as opposed to other contractors), and at a fair price. I signed with Zenith Roofing for our roofing project and am extremely happy with the results. This job included 28 solar panels that needed to be removed, then re-installed. Zenith Roofing was fantastic in coordinating with the solar contractor so that our project stayed on schedule, and with no cost surprises. I plan to continue to use them for regular maintenance inspections to keep things in good working order. I highly recommend Zenith Roofing Services."

"This contractor doesnâ t have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. Iâ m very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. Donâ t let that worry you. They want you to be their next 5 star review, and theyâ ll work to get it. Choose Roofing & More with confidence that youâ ll be very happy with the results."

"We're thrilled with the work done by Platinum! They replaced our entire roof, and we couldn't be happier. The price was fair, and the quality of their work was an exactly what they mentioned to us when they first gave the estimate. We were so impressed that we've already decided to hire them for our family business's body shop roof. If you need roofing work done, these guys are the ones to call!"

"Where do I start. Excel Roofing was the first to call me back. The other two companies would not come out because the job was not big enough. Todd came on the promised time . He replaced my 1 cracked terracotta tile . He is super efficient. A really nice guy. He even used his blower to blow the pigeon poop off my roof.! Over all a great experience . I would highly recommend Excel Roofing!"

Roofing questions, answered by experts

Gaps between tiles are necessary to help with weatherproofing, allow for thermal expansion, and increase wind resistance. In general, a small gap no larger than 3 millimeters wide will encourage proper drainage and limit cracking. Beyond that, tiles should overlap a minimum of 3 inches, except at the eaves where they should extend to the center of the gutter.

A spray foam roof costs an average of $6,000 to install, making it one of the most affordable flat roofing options available. Costs can increase if you have a complex roof design with many roof vents or have a roof that’s larger than average. While up-front costs are relatively low, keep in mind that ongoing maintenance and repairs tend to be more expensive than you’d see with other flat roof materials.

Unfortunately, there’s no definitive answer to this question, but the wind rating of your shingles will give you a good idea of what wind speeds can damage your roof. If you’re concerned about damage, inspect your roof following windy conditions to look for signs of wind damage to your shingles. When in doubt, consider hiring a professional who fixes roofs to carry out an expert inspection. Remember that hurricanes, tropical storms, and tornadoes are likely to cause the most damage, but even severe thunderstorms can bring winds that compromise your roofing system.

The cost to install roof heating cables typically ranges from $500 to $2,000, with an average of around $1,000. On a per-foot basis, you can expect to pay between $8 and $15 per linear foot. Key factors that influence the final price include the size and complexity of your roof, roof pitch, the type and length of the cable, the price of the system itself, labor fees, and whether any additional electrical work is required. Generally, smaller roofs will cost less than larger ones. The total cost usually includes both materials and professional installation.

Ideally, you shouldn’t pay your roofer upfront unless you’re special-ordering materials. However, anything between 10% and 15% of the project’s cost is reasonable to pay upfront. Avoid making a final payment until after the roof gets completed.
