"I want to say a big thank you to Plumbtree plumbing and rooter. I had a drain backup and called another plumbing company, who came out and cleared my drain, but 2 days later I was back to square one. Frustrated, to say the least. A friend of mine told me about plumbtree plumbing and rooter and their positive experience with them. So I called. I was impressed to say the least. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys"

He we talked about 8am, and he had his tech, Will, there to do the installation within an hour and the job was done by 11:30. "It went really well. I called for an appointment on Monday; not an emergency, so a Thursday call was fine. There was a confirmation call the night before and then one in the morning to tell me the plumber would be there in about 20 mins. Mario Q. arrived promptly; very professional, in a mask, gloves, booties. He looked everything over and then gave us a quote. He also suggested that I use the coupon from the site - and waited while I printed it. The work was efficient - with hardware store runs, he was done in about 7 hours. He climbed under the house to make sure nothing was leaking; he did see a few areas of concern that weren't related to the work done today. We'll have to save up for those. But for now - we have a lovely new toilet that doesn't have to be jiggled, and a faucet that turns smoothly. Well done Mario."
