Jeremy showed up on time and completed the work very efficiently and clean. We needed a toilet reinstalled after we had a slight leak in the previous installation at the wax ring. He also changed out our flapper that had started decomposing. The new flapper has already not sealed properly once, so we will have to keep an eye on it in case it continues to be a problem.

The plumber replaced a frozen ball valve. The replacement ball valve was also defective. The plumber went to Home Depot, purchased a ball valve, came back and replaced the replacement unit.

Technician came on time to provide an estimate for toilet re-installation. It was a fairly small job so he was able to complete right away. Price was reasonable and toilet is now installed snugly to floor. Only minus was me having to provide old towels and garbage bag for cleanup. I would have expected he'd be prepared for minor water spills ahead of time.

Although they did arrive within the 1 hour window specified, it was right at the end of the hour and caused a little juggling of schedules. Greg was top notch. He was neat, professional, and courteous. He explained what he was doing, checked the surrounding components, and gave advice on how to PM for the future. Completely satisfied customer.

I received immediate service and Bart was professional and knowledgable. I had an odor emitting from under my kitchen sink and wasnt sure if it was build up in the pipes or due to an old disposal. He found that it was the disposal and replaced it. Expensive, however.

The job took two visits. The reason for the second visit was because everything backed up again causing more damage and inconvenience, but I don't blame the plumber.
